Nocturnal Animal Tour

2 Hour Tour

Discover Margaret River’s unique nocturnal wildlife on this exclusive night tour. The tour operates in a pocket of original bushland; here you will discover uber-cute animals as they rise for their nightly antics, while gazing at the millions of stars in the sky.  A variety of animals may be viewed on this tour including kangaroos, possums, bandicoots and woylies (a critically endangered marsupial).  You may even get the chance to see night birds such as owls and tawny frogmouths.

This nocturnal wildlife tour is family friendly and takes place at Yelverton Brook Conservation Sanctuary. On arrival at the sanctuary a short guided bush walk will take us to the animal viewing site. While you sit down and enjoy some bush billy tea or milo, your guides will provide entertaining stories and factual information about the wildlife and bushtucker native to the Margaret River Region.

This is a small group tour with a maximum of 12 guests. Tours depart around sunset** and run for approximately 2 hours including pickups and drop-offs. Pickups are available from accommodation in Busselton & Dunsborough, and Cowaramup town centre. Pickup locations and times will be confirmed after booking.

** Please note sunset times change significantly during the year – the tour can start as early as 5.30pm during the winter months (June-Aug) and as late as 7.30pm during the Summer months (Dec-Feb) depending on your location / meeting point.
